History
Top Colour Film Ltd. has been manufacturing self-adhesive window films for solar control, decorative applications, and safety since 1985.
A group of chemical specialists founded Top Colour Film Ltd. in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1985, recognizing the significant market demand for colored self-adhesive polyester (PET) films. Over the years, we have made numerous enhancements to the printing quality and color schemes of our films. Our colored polyester decorative films have gained popularity among customers worldwide for a variety of applications. As a result, we have decided to expand our product line to include solar films, leading to annual increases in production scale and sales.
To meet the growing demand and market requirements, we decided to expand our factory capacity and upgrade our equipment. Ultimately, we established our headquarters and factory in Taoyuan. In 2009, we launched a new facility, the "Douliou Factory," located in Yunlin Technology Industrial Park, to further enhance our production capabilities. Currently, we operate with integrated equipment for dyeing, print coating, glue tinting, sputter metalizing, and various other processes.

| 2013 | TUV TAWAIN SUPPLIER Certification achieved. |

| 2015 | Research and development with INER TAIWAN for advanced energy saving flim. |
| 2016 | Fininshed 2nd stage construction and new sputter facility with advance coating systems of Douliou factory. |
